If your spa pool motor is leaking water anywhere its time
to give us a call.
On this motor the water is leaking from the heater element (red arrows).although its still heating its only a matter of time
before the water reaches the electronics and the motor
and causes major(expensive) damage.
With the heater removed from the motor you can see
how corroded it is.This has been caused by poor water
balance,the water is too acidic and it has eaten into
the metal.
If your not sure how to maintain the water balance in
your spa we can call regularly and service the spa for
you.Not only will it stop this sort of damage,but the water
will be nice and healthy to soak in.
Poor water balance is
also harsh on spa pumps.
We managed to save this

under your spa pump you
need to have it fixed,so

If your spa pump has a hair and lint basket clean it out regularly,warm water produces
a lot of lint from clothing that clogs the basket
and makes the pump unable to work
efficently.
When we take a spa motor and heater to our workshop
we can run it on our test bench to see exactly what
the problem is with it.
After repairs we also test it prior to returning it to your spa.
